In June and November 2017, Aerocity successively established Flying Technology Co., Ltd. and Skyho Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., in order to build a high-tech, low-carbon aviation economic recycling industry chain. Skyho Aviation is mainly engaged in the purchase, sale, dismantling, renting, repairing of old aircraft, and aviation trading. Aerocity plans to establish an aviation material support and trade center, aircraft dismantling, engine maintenance and aviation material supply chain base in Guangdong in the future to build an aviation maintenance and manufacturing industry cluster integrating production, sales, leasing, maintenance, modification and dismantling. At present, Skyho Aviation and Flying Tech have completed the dismantling of the first B757-200 aircraft in China successfully, setting a precedent for the dismantling and recycling of large domestic aircraft.
